Standard Outstation Billing Rules & Terms
- Mileage & Time Logging: Calculated strictly from garage to garage. Time starts when the vehicle leaves the hub and ends upon return.
- Calendar Day Policy: Days are calculated by calendar day (midnight 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM). A multi-day trip is billed at 250 km × Number of Days minimum.
- Tolls, Permits & Parking Extra: FASTag highway toll receipts, state border commercial road taxes, and parking fees are charged extra as per actual receipts.
- Driver Subsistence Included: Driver Bata covers food and lodging allowance. No accommodation needs to be provided by the traveler.
- Night Halts & Late Driving: Night halt charge of ₹650 applies for driving after 10:00 PM or vehicle overnight outstation stays.

As per standard commercial tourist transport regulations in India, distance (in km) and operating time are logged starting from our regional dispatch garage and ending when the vehicle returns to the garage. Digital odometer readings are verified at trip start and close.
For outstation travel, a standard minimum distance of 250 km per calendar day (00:00 to 23:59 hrs) is applicable. If the total distance across the trip exceeds the cumulative limit (e.g. 750 km for 3 days), extra kilometers are billed at the standard ₹29/km tariff.
Driver Bata (₹650/day) is a mandatory daily outstation allowance for the professional chauffeur to cover his food, daily subsistence, and overnight stay. Clients are not required to provide lodging or meals for the driver.
Toll taxes on highways, state border entry permits (when crossing into different states), and parking charges at monuments/airports/hotels are NOT included in the base per-km rate and are payable directly by the client at actuals against valid receipts.
Our vehicles are equipped with high-capacity dual-zone climate control. As a technical and vehicle safety protocol, the AC is temporarily turned off during steep mountain hairpin climbs and when the vehicle is parked/stationary.
