Binding Agreement Notice
By confirming an itinerary quotation, transmitting a booking deposit, or authorizing flight bookings, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Reservation & Deposit Milestones
Itinerary quotations provided by Sonder Travel OS are valid for 14 calendar days from the date of transmission. Due to dynamic inventory in luxury properties and private charters, reservations are only guaranteed upon receipt of the contractual deposit.

Itinerary Modifications & Customizations
We take immense pride in tailoring journeys to perfection. Client-requested modifications prior to final balance payment are accommodated with zero agency surcharge, subject only to third-party fare differentials. Changes requested within 21 days of departure may incur supplier amendment fees.
Travel Insurance & Medical Preparedness
Comprehensive international travel insurance is mandatory for all guests traveling on our overland and expedition programs. Policies must include emergency medical evacuation, trip cancellation, baggage loss, and repatriation coverage.
Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure
While we exercise rigorous vetting of all hotel partners, chauffeurs, and licensed guides, Sonder Travel OS acts as an agent and shall not be held liable for acts of God, extreme meteorological events, civil unrest, or unexpected border closures beyond reasonable human control.
